Bart Wille
Position: Chief HR Officer - Bekaert Group
Bart Wille is Chief Human Resources Officer of Bekaert, the leading global steel wire company, which is active in 120 countries and has manufacturing facilities in 40 countries. Bekaert employs 25.000 people worldwide of whom 10.000 in China and 6.500 across Europe.
Prior to joining Bekaert, Bart worked for more than 20 years in various HR roles with Unilever, the global consumer goods company. He worked in different areas of HR, in Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Brazil, Latin America and globally.
Bart studied Business Administration at Antwerp University, majoring in International Trade Management. He lives in Belgium, together with his wife Katelyne and their 3 daughters.
